Depends on the ISP. Some ISPs do have AUPs that allow them to kick out
users for offensive (etc.) behaviour. Other ISPs are willing to act on
the basis of posting guidelines in the FAQ, provided they don't
directly contradict what it says in the charter. But either way it has
to be pretty blatant: hate speech might well qualify, but if someone
popped up and insisted on talking about (say) Sesame Street, you'd be
on your own.
