My FAQ is posted by the FAQ-Server at it's appointed interval, and as
always the people who continue to post off-topic posts, etc., seem to have
complained to my mail server that the FAQ is SPAM, and the mail server is
no longer accepting my email.
I have complained to the mail server and continue to do so.
Some News Servers are also BLOCKING posts from the Faq-Server, because as
an example my News Server doesn't ever get the FAQ posts from the
Faq-Server either.
I haven't seen my FAQ posted, for over 3 months, but from posts by others,
the FAQ seems to getting posted, some news servers just don't accept posts
from the Faq-Server.
How do you EXPLAIN to a mail server that Auto-Posts by the FAQ-Server are
NOT SPAM, and they should not take actions against the FAQ maintainer
because the Faq Server posts with the poster name using his email address...
Whent he posts were seen the first time they were posted, and I had to use
anohter news server to see them, the posting name is my retrun address
which is ortman@gmx.de (no longer working). I assume because the person
who stole my Copyrighted work, continues to barrage the newsgroup claiming
he is the FAQ Maintainer, violating my Copyright on his server, etc.,
complained to my mail server....
The FAQ is not SPAM, especailly if it has the approved header, and is
posted by the Faq-Server.
I am an ISP owner, when I complain to these peoples ISP and mail and news
servers as to their violations of the acceptable use policies, nothing is
done, yet when these measly users complain, deliberately, to the mail
server I use for FAQ ONLY MAIL, they refuse to accept my word over these
measly people.
I'm filing class action lawsuits this year against these other ISP's for
Copyright Infringement and antitrust matters.
These ISP's will soon be shut down due to the filing of lawsuits for
antitrust:
aol.com
mindspring.com
I have MORE LOCAL DIAL UPS than aol.com and AT&T combined, so the little
guys charging $10.00 and $12.00 more for monthly access, in my opinion, are
deliberately ignoring my complaints, because they do not want to LOSE their
custoemrs to a LOWER COST, BETTER, and more reliable ISP.
They feel that by letting their users continue to VIOLATE their acceptable
use policy they can let their users try and get my DOMAIN and my ISP shut
down, but it deosn't work that way.
If anyone can explain to gmx.de that the FAQ is not SPAM, I would
appreciate it, and get them to reactivate that email account.
mindspring.com has had over 1 year to remove the person who continues to do
this, they continue to refuse, so my only other course is to file a class
action lawsuit and shut them down. Their Acceptable use policy clearly
states: Impersonating and forging headers, this user uses the name of the
FAQ as his email address at mindspring, that is impersonating me, and
forging headers that his FAQ is approved. It also prohibits causing any
other ISP, person, individual, to lose their internet or usenet access, and
getting my mail address stopped is just that. He is NOT the FAQ Maintainer
for the newsgroups, mindspring will NOT stop him from posting that he is,
using my title, and the faq name as his email, and that is WHY these others
accept his word that my FAQ is SPAM!!
I have directed mindspring.com and gmx.de to news.answers to see the FAQ
and see who the Maintainer is, and I guess they refuse that, I have also
pointed them to the FAQ Archives at rtfm.mit.edu and they still refuse to
stop this user from his actions.
My only course is to shut down mindspring.com for theft of Copyright,
Fraud, Impersonation, Deception, Deceptive Marekting practices, etc..
I am sending this ONLY for serious replies, I will NOT tolerate SPAM or
Accusations again on this mailing list, and if I get any, the originating
domain will be sued for libel and slander as well.
As an ISP, and I assume no one else on this list is an ISP, we have an
Acceptable Use Policy, and I get any more name calling, or harassment from
this mailing list, I will log onto your ISP's home pages, get their
acceptable use policy and if it says, no user can send hate mail, or
derogatory mail, etc., I will copy that policy and attach it to the email I
was sent, and they will have 2 choices: 1) Termninate your account, or 2)
Be sued in court.
I apologize for this, but after being attacked by certain other so-called
FAQ Maintainers in my previous complaint about this same thing, I am making
my intentions clear. If you can NOT say anything good or kind in response,
then do NOT POST it publicly to this mailing list, don't send me private
email, because your email is already BLOCKED on my mail server, and will be
auto-forwarded to your ISP, and you know who you ARE!!!!
Thank You for those serious people out there who are Adults and don't
resort to childish games.
