Well, yes, in some cases you can tell who is and isn't a kook from the
nature of the postings. I didn't mean to imply that this method of finding
a volunteer was effortless. I guess it depends on what the alternatives are.

I think it's easier than posting an article and wading through the millions
of replies, which will have an equal if not greater proportion of kooks.
This is the previous suggestion regarding which mine was intended as a
possibly-superior alternative. It was just a suggestion...
