Missing FAQ Maintainers

The newsgroup I maintain FAQ for has 3 FAQs (sort of). Two are archived at mit.edu. Of those I handle one and another person does the other.

However the "other" now seems to have a missing maintainer - been about a year now. Is there a process whereby someone like myself can put in for that as well?
