Right my point was the Usenet version that is turned into HTML for
faqs.org does not have the clickable TOC. Unless, as another
subscriber pointed out, we use the minimal digest format.

Which does bring me to another point: there is a FAQ (IIRC The
Firewalls FAQ maintained by Marcus Ranum) which makes use of graphic
files for the purposes of illustration. AFAIK this isn't doable via
the minimal digest format.
