I don't think that Mr. King posted in error, he was looking for help with
his problem in getting the FAQ server to accept his revised posting...

I would guess that the problem is that PINE will use MIME encoding if there
are any "special" characters in the source code of the post. And the
server does not understand MIME. (Multimedia Internet Mail Extensions)

I hope that one of the Pine experts will give Mr. King a few hints by
private mail to help him overcome the difficulty... (or perhaps with this
information he will be able to find the right FAQ 8-> )
