Hello Pamela,
Can anything be done about someone who made an honest mistake and
posted his long FAQ to the FAQ-Maintainers mailing list, instead of
sending it to you personally for approval?

For example:
- Putting a strongly-worded warning in the FAQ-Maintainers FAQ against
making this mistake.
- Some disciplinary action commensurate with the inconvenience of other
subscribers to the list, such as moving the FAQ back to the end of
queue of approval requests and delaying processing it by an extra week.
