Another possibility is to use PC-Pine and its customized-hdrs and
default-composer-hdrs variables. Pine is great for people who are used
to the power and speed of Unix software and being able to do
everything using the keyboard (Windows Pine understands the mouse but
I can do almost everything much faster using the keyboard). You can
download PC-Pine from http://www.washington.edu/pine/
