Though we do allow postings which are only sent once or twice a year,
as long as we know to expect them that infrequently, it's easiest for
us if you post at least quarterly. Files more than three months old
risk being deleted from the non-*.answers areas of the archive. If
there's no special reason to post less often, a 4-times-a-year
schedule saves us the work of treating it as a special case.
