Its a bit clearer to me now, and I am in discussion in us.config.
I guess my point was that the group in question was already a "us"
oriented group but with international overtones because of its wide
propagation internationally and that the formation is essentially a
duplication. Nothing will be served by ist "regional" formation other
than possibly a majority of its postings being cross posted to each other
thus wasting bandwidth.
Oh well.
