Somebody is gatewaying a newsgroup your FAQ is in into a LISTSERV-managed
mailing list. [Omit long diatribe about my previous run-in on this
issue with the author of LISTSERV.] I think that they finally managed
to swat _most_ of these problems, but some probably still remain.
Or, it's an old LISTSERV.
