Maybe.

Cleanfeed is a server-side filtering system. It's quite good at filtering
out spam and hipcrime.

One of the heuristics is that it will start rejecting articles if more
than n supersedes are posted from the same place (NNTP-Posting-Host)
in a short interval. "n" isn't particularly large... Like 10-15 by
default.

It caught me when I moved my post_faq installation to another site,
and let fly with about 12 FAQ "pieces".

I resolved it by switching to the use of "rnews" instead of "inews" - which
allows me to post without a NNTP-Posting-Host.

This is not guaranteed to work forever.

It would be easier to simply kill Hipcrime and have done with it.
