Indeed. DejaNews lists only one occurrence of Charlene Douglass,
and that's the FAQ itself. Though supposedly stored at:
http://www.io.com/user/tittle/pets/pet-loss.html
it's not any more. This is CCed to that page's owner in the hopes she may
know what happened to the FAQ.
