If the bulk of the FAQ was lifted, this is a definite no-no. He would have
grounds for a lawsuit.
BTW before you send the letter, make sure you have a downloaded copy of
their entire web site that's relevant, so you have proof. Some people
think FAQs are not copyrighted because they're free. Bah.
