The problem with OSU is that the fellow who used to manage it, has since
moved on and is not personally overseeing its upkeep (if I recall
correctly). In fact, I think he had to do quite a bit of arm-twisting to
get them to agree at all. I'm not sure what's going on. I've long since
converted my recommended archive URL to Kent Landfield's site.

So basically, "it ain't maintained." That's not just OSU; other sites have
the same problem. Seems to me this is a recurring problem.
