Hmm, your email message seems to have gotten held up somewhere for
quite a number of days. Since nobody else has replied, I assume that
it was held up somewhere between you and where the mailing list is
being hosted (consensus.com).

Please consider rechecking the guidelines periodically. The relevant
section currently reads (with underlining emphasis added):

| c. Followup-To (REQUIRED)
| -------------------------
|
| Examples:
|
| Followup-To: soc.culture.foo
| Followup-To: misc.foo,soc.culture.foo
| Followup-To: poster
|
| Include a Followup-To header so followup postings don't get
| sent to *.answers newsgroups or to the moderators. It can
| contain one or more of the home newsgroup(s), or, if you want
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
| followups sent directly to you, the word "poster". Do NOT put
| an email address in the Followup-To line.
(This clarification was made when Pam Greene massively rewrote the
guidelines in July 1995. I don't believe we ever intended to require
that all the home newsgroups be listed on the Followup-To line, but
the previous text did end up stating it that way.)
