Yes. They have to be packed and made available by hand, a task which
we've been letting slide in favor of more vocal priorities, but I just
uploaded everything through Tue, 4 Feb 1997 14:32:02 CST. Note that
the file format changed between Dec 96 and Jan 97, from Babyl format
to an MH packed folder.
