Followup-to question

I was asked about my FAQ (windows/win95/part*) and why it had a followup to
all the groups (the FAQ applies to five groups, and it's sent to all five
plus comp.answers and news.answers). The concern was that some news
filters will filter out this FAQ based on its followup-to line.

When I originally posted the FAQ I read clearly in the instructions, that
the followup-to line needed to contain all the groups in question, and omit
any *.answers groups. As far as I can tell, this has not changed.

Could I specify just one group (EG: *.win95.misc) as the followup-to group
even though the FAQ goes to four other groups? I don't think "poster" is
appropriate because I think discussion of the FAQ belongs in the groups,
but at the same time, supposedly, filters linek NoCeM will nuke postings
with more than one followup-to group.

The question came up at just the right time because of the current
discussion about FAQ cross posting here.
