All,

I would like your comments on the following situation and my proposed way
of handling it.

I maintain the x86 Assembly Language FAQs for the comp.lang.asm.x86 and
alt.lang.asm newsgroups. I have received e-mail from a company that
sells a CDROM that is devoted to PC Assembly Shareware programs and code,
commercial add-on product demos, etc. The company would like its CDROM
included in the FAQ.

I do not want to convert the FAQ into solely a advertizement for
commercial products. But, I think I could handle it like magazines and
review the products.

What I believe the best solution and upon which I want your comments is:

I will review the product and if I believe that the product would be
useful to assembly language programmers I will do the following:

I will identify the product as commercial and include about a ten line
review of the product. I will allow the manufacturer to add their
comments as long as it does not exceed the initial review in length.

Comments!

Thanks in advance.

Ray
