You will get "Can you give me your monthly online membership rates?"
queries at info@ii.com.

Would these two be aliases or real accounts?? And how would they know
to email these addresses? Why don't you just send them a
"Welcome/meta-FAQ" listing where to get what info? How stable would
these accounts be? What will happen if you change jobs and/or you
decide you don't want to be in charge of those FAQs anymore?
