Publishing FAQs in a medical journal?

I maintain two FAQs for alt.support.asthma, a general information FAQ
and a compendium of asthma medications. Much to my surprise, I have
been contacted by an editor of a medical journal which specializes
in asthma, and asked if I would like to publish the general information
FAQ. Apart from being flattered, I am at a loss as to what issues
I should be considering while making my decision. Opinions?
