I respond thusly:
As with anyone submitting a work to any publication,
definately clarify *what* copy rights are being
approved (ie: First North American in hard copy, or world wide...)
and then make sure that they hold no other rights thereafter
that would impact your ability to continue to post
the FAQ to the `net. Not that its happened yet, but
I could see it (Wah! can't post my FAQ anymore `cause
I sold the rights to Newsweek....)

Other than that, it's nice to know they contacted you
first, and didn't just presume to "take it". Let `em
know you appreciate that. And also, go ahead and enjoy
the flattery. eh, eh.
