I feel like I'm the genealogy nut in a large family with lots of little kids
who don't even know how to spell their own names.

Actually, entirely apart from the comp.sys.sgi.* FAQs, I *am* the genealogy
nut in a large family with lots of little kids who don't even know how to
spell their own names. Funny, that.
