Just to correct one misunderstanding here: when the moderators do
approve your posting, they will *not* post it for you. They just send
you mail telling you it's OK for you to start posting into news.answers.
So there's no reason not to continue posting your FAQ into its home
newsgroups on the same schedule you use now. When you get approval,
just add news.answers to the Newsgroups: line (and fix the other
headers as needed), beginning with your next regularly scheduled posting.

PS: 1000 new FAQs per month? No way... surely most of that traffic must be
requests for header changes to existing FAQs. Maybe the moderators could
reduce their workload by relaxing the rules about when a change request
must be submitted. Just a thought.
