I've but both vendor and user info in the same entry as follows:

A. Product FooBar

From the Vendor (Baz Products Inc.):
FooBar is a flexible, extensible product for developing widget....

From Fred User (fuser@costly.edu):
I have used FooBar, and found it difficult to configure,
and it can be slow......

The user comment was pretty factual, and not inflammatory.
The vendor comments were "positive", but not outrageous.
This was done in the comp.text.frame FAQ.
