It's very difficult (perhaps impossible) to produce a decent hypertext
document *automatically* from a linear text document.

I'm planning to re-write my FAQs into HTML, but I want something to
convert from HTML to formatted ASCII. It must handle things like bullet
points, paragraph wrapping, and so on. My current plan is to use a WWW
vt100 browser then cut and paste the text screen by screen into an
ASCII file, but there must be a better way.
