It is highly unlikely that a bird could ingest enough THC to cause any harm to it. Since the lethal dose of the drug is many times higher than it takes to get high, it would most likely pass out before any harm could occur (although it could harm itself while high through its actions.) On another note, birds do enjoy cannabis seeds (which will not get neither birds nor humans high.)
