We have a 15 week old puppy and the vet wants to put his front legs in casts, because he does not walk on the tips of his paws.  They have dropped and he looks like he is almost walking on his joint.  Another vet did not feel this would help.  What are your recommendations and will this get better with a better diet, exercise, and calcium or will this be a problem for the rest of his life?
