My wife started a new job 3 days ago. She has to work in a smoke filled room. The smokers say they keep the door open but it's too cold. Her boss smokes also. She is afraid she has no recourse. What can she do?! She thinks she will get fired. She is a cancer survivor already and doesn't need this harassment. Thank you
