I am a college student and made a speech on why one should spay and neuter one's pets.  Now the professor switched the topic and now I am needing reasons to why one should not spay and neuter ones pets.  I need help getting info.  Can you help me.

Not enough money for the vet is one. You can also do research on the side effects of this surgery.

When you are breeding your dog is a very good reason. But obviously the dog must be good enough quality, etc. And because you want to complete families with new puppies and improve the breed.
