How do you clean a Beagles ears without irratating them to much?

Talk to your Vet, they sell a special solution for your Beagles ears. You may also ask the Vet about using a mixture of one third peroxide to two thirds water. The ear wax removal products sold in pharmacies for people usually contain some peroxide, although I recommend you ask the Vet before doing this.

no dont use no peroxide in any dogs ears i am a vet teck never use peroxideyou can get cleaning solutions or get a cotton bal and put some alcohol on it but squeeze it out and just clean the outside wrinckles

At the pet store i found an excellent product for beagles ears its called Earoxide,all you do is put it in the ear and let the dog shake his head all the wax will just come out.
