I read in this FAQ  that support under the heals for the squat and deadlift may be bad for the knees.  What if the only way you can get into the bottom of the squat position and start of the dead lift position is with the heals off the ground?  Is it okay to then use supports otherwise all the pressure in on the front of the foot.  Please advise...thank you.
