I have a white "yellow" lab who has started to show a discoloration at her elbows. It almost looks like a bruise but is not. I have seen this on other light colored labs and wonder if anyone knows what it is.

Sometimes labs lose their fur and get scabs on their elbows from lying on them. It should be fine but if you are really concerned you could take her to the vet where they will probably give you some cream to put on it.

in the winter and the summer the dogs could either scrape it or just get rug burn but if it is bleeding and won't go away got to the vet.

It has nothing to do with the winter or summer.  It is just from the dogs Lying on the same spot over and over.  A bed will help to soften the ground.

I have a nine month old yellow lab, she got out of her kennel the other day and i can home to find the neighbor MUTT, mating her, is it possible that she will get pregnant? When are labs in season or is it all different in each dog(like women)? she hasn't started her bleeding or anything yet so that means she's not able to get preg. right?
