The average number of days is 63 but it can be anywere between 58 and 65. if they are born before 58 days they usually wont make it, if they havent been born by day 65, Go to the vet! it doesn't take 70 days, that would be far to many and the pups would die in the mother

I mated mine and she had 6 puppies and it took about 59 days.  YOu have to count from the first time she mated. But if you are planning on breeding her, be sure not to the first time she goes in heat, this will cause small litters.  All 6 of mine were very healthy.
