I have a duet in its infancy.  My husband and I have recorded the drums and bass tracks for all our music, which we want to play from our laptop through our Yamaha stereo mixer.  The problem we are experiencing is this:  noise.  The lap top is brand new, and the board is near-new.  We have played the music files through our stereo system, and there is no noise.  We can't figure out what the problem is!  We can play music through the mixer with our CD player and don't have a noise problem.

PLEASE HELP
