How big do they grow - in weight and height?

Males grow to be 22-24 inches and females 20-22. Females weigh 65-70 and males 70-80.

iam 30 years old and my weight is around 160 and iam 5'3 .. i know iam about 25 lbs over weight .. what would be the best way for me to lose the exta 25 lbs ??

The standard states 22.5-24.5 inches for the males 60-75 lbs. and females 21.5-23.5 inches 55-70lbs.
