1986 Jetta GLI - my main problem is the starter - (or is there a relay?) I have gone through 5 starters (most have failed tests) but the latest seems to work when tested, but my car still will not start!  What am I missing?  Also, it seems to just "go nuts" on occasions, the wipers will start going or (most often) the horn will just start blowing.  What's up with this car?  Mainly, I need advice on getting it running again, I can deal with it's outbursts if necessary.
