I have a VW 99 Wolfs burg and every 1 or two minutes it...

I have a VW 99 Wolfs burg and every 1 or two minutes it beeps the horn 3 times in a row. I have taken it to the dealer 3 times and the say they fixed it... now it will be the 4th and I really want to know if this has happened to others and what the problem really is.
