1. 2001 corolla, the check engine light is on, when the car was diagnosed the expert said he found nothing wrong he said the gas cap might be plugged. what to do?

2 the dash light for drive pad and climate control pad are out, is it just a fuse that needs to be replaced or the bulbs right there? if bulbs then how to change them?
