I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra and recently I've been having problems stating the truck.  Sometimes the truck would simply "click" but would not start.  After trying a couple times, it would start right up.

I am trying to locate where the starter is on this 2001 V8 Tundra so that I can remove it and test it on a bench.  However, I cannot seem to locate it!

Has anyone ever replaced a starter on their Tundra and give me some guidance?  Some manuals indicate to remove the manifold, but I don't know where in the engine compartment to look.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
