I have a 17 week old toy (teacup?) poodle that weighs 2 lbs....

I have a 17 week old toy (teacup?) poodle that weighs 2 lbs.  I wanted to know if I could determine from her current weight what she will end up weighing when she is finished growing & at what age will she be completely grown?  I also wanted to know how many times a week I could bathe her.  She plays outside a lot & gets quite stinky & dirty but I don't want to bathe her too often if it is going to cause her any problems.  I would appreciate any advice.  Thank you, Lelah
