1990 jetta gl 1.8 I have all the symptoms of needing a new 02 sensor, but I did change, spark plugs, wire, rotor, cap, and it is still sputtering and pulling when I try to drive a steady speed, no power. The 02 sensor is like 150.00!Is it easy to put in myself, or can a mechanic test the old one to see if that is the culprit, before I sink 150.00
