I have a 1999 VW Passat w/ the 1.8L.  Recently my blinkers, horn, head lights,
wipers / washer stopped working - all at the same time.  Also, it will no
longer shift into overdrive.  I'm wondering if it could be one (or more) of the
relays under the dash, and if so which one??  If not this, what else would you
recommend looking at??  

Also, a separate issue, my cruise control no longer engages.  It was
intermittent at first and now it doesn't work at all.  I'd appreciate any
direction you can give me.
