Diagnosing brake lights not working on 1987 Jeep Wrangler? ...

Diagnosing brake lights not working on 1987 Jeep Wrangler?
The bulbs are OK and the turn lights and flashers come on but, the brake lights still do not come on when the pedal is pressed.
Is there a fuse that affects this?
