I have a 1990 Toyota 4runner. The engine heads were changed because of an overheating problem related to the radiator and clutch fan asembly. These have since been replaced. Now the engine will only start if the throttle is depressed, and it will not idle. Do you have any idea what the possible source of this problem is? I have been reassured by my mechanic that the valve settings and timing are correct.
