i don't know what to do with my chihuahua, she had four pups...

i don't know what to do with my chihuahua, she had four pups and are two days old, i just noticed her panting heavliy.  what can i do to help her i have tried feeding and and giving her water. can i go to a pet store and some calcium and give her a shot of it or what is another thing i can do?
