My labrador recently recovered from Parvo. Now his eyes are watering all the time as if he has allergies.  It has caused most of the fur to fall out around his eyes.  I am weary to take him to the vet because they misdiagnosed him as not having parvo twice.

Heather, if the vets won't help you go to another vets place. If that won't help you either, then see the dog breeders. Maybe they know what to do. Just because they are breeders, that does not mean that they don't know stuff, maybe they do. Or, try going to doctors... :) yup human doctors. He/she will tell you more places to go or even may give a medicine just for that. After all, they are doctors!
