How could we code a program to communicate with serial port,usb port and parallel port through vb coding.

For Serial Port - You use a MSCOMM control from Active X component. Set the properties such as Baud rate,Port etc Open the port as MScomm1.portopen = true in any of your commands. for getting input from serial port Buffer = Mscomm1.input for sending to serial port Mscomm1.output = Buffer Thats it I know about serial communication.
