Have a 2000 VW Passat. V6 not turbo charged. Problem is...

Have a 2000 VW Passat.  V6 not turbo charged.  Problem is with breaks.  Just changed breaks and bleed all lines to ensure no air bulbs in lines.  Problem is when I press the break the first time, goes to the floor, but if I pump the breaks everything is fine.  Just the initial time the break is applied petal goes to the floor.
