I have a puppy that is only 5 weeks old.
I was told to let it start drinking a little pet milk.  I tried this and I believe it inhaled some of the milk in its nose.  It is having trouble breathing and steady panting.  Please let me know what I should do

Please take your dog to the vet and have it checked for cleft palet, this could be very serious and the pup may die. pups really should be able to drink by at least 3 weeks old.
